Frequently Asked Questions

Find quick answers to common questions about GeoRevelo's accuracy, privacy protocols, API billing, and offline deployments.

How accurate are the coordinates generated by GeoRevelo?

GeoRevelo utilizes deep vision neural networks to analyze terrain, architecture, and climatology clues. Predictions represent statistical probabilistic estimates (typically returning regional priors or localized circles). For professional investigations, users must corroborate coordinates with satellite and street-level records.

Does GeoRevelo share user data with law enforcement or government agencies?

No. In accordance with our strict Zero Government Disclosure commitment, we do not share, sell, or disclose user data, query histories, or uploaded image signatures to government agencies, regulatory bodies, or law enforcement, unless required under an uncontestable judicial order.

What is your refund policy for unused tokens?

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for initial subscription signups, provided you have consumed less than 10% of your allocated monthly plan tokens. You can review all details in our Refund Policy document.

Can I deploy GeoRevelo on-premise or offline?

Yes. For security-sensitive teams requiring air-gapped operations, we provide enterprise Docker nodes that handle regional coordinate estimates locally without transmitting image payloads to the public cloud.

What image formats and sizes are supported?

We support JPEG, PNG, WebP, and HEIC formats. Uploads are capped at 15MB per query. All metadata (including EXIF geolocation coordinates) is automatically stripped on your client browser before the pixels reach our neural inference clusters.
